Once a Standard Season Pass is purchased, it is non refundable/non cancellable.
Please note: Season Passholders and Merlin Annual Passholders may incur an additional charge for Scarefest and Fireworks events.
Fireworks Spectacular information for Merlin Annual Passholders and Season Passholders:
If you're a Merlin Annual Pass Holder and staying at one of the Alton Towers Resort Hotels, the ultimate fireworks will automatically be included in your stay, you do not need to pre-book to secure your firework entry. If you are a Season Passholder and staying at one of the Resort Hotels you need to pre-book to guarantee entry.
If you're a Standard or Premium Merlin Annual Pass Holder or a Standard or Premium Season Pass Holder visiting for the day or staying at one of our partner hotels, you will need to pre-book and secure your entry. There is a supplement per person for the firework event, we strongly recommend booking this in advance. Please book your Fireworks tickets to guarantee entry.
